The Centre for European and International Studies Research (CEISR) at the University of Portsmouth is offering fees-only studentships, available for a three-year period (full-time) or a five-year period (part-time) of doctoral study commencing in September 2014. The Centre welcomes applications from students wishing to work on projects in any of the areas indicated below.
Please note that these awards will not cover maintenance costs. However, students will be entitled to financial support for conference attendance and paid part-time teaching hours where practically possible will be made available but this cannot be guaranteed. Your research proposal should under no circumstances exceed 1500 words and should include a 150-word abstract aimed at non-specialists in the field.
